Stress seems to hit harder in midlife with work, family, health, you name it. What strategies do you use to cope? Meditation, exercise, therapy, or something else? I’ve tried therapy, have considered Tai chi as a method of combining mindfulness and exercise. Music helps too...plugging in my guitar can turn my brain off for a while. What works for you?
